Thinking Green!

It's still too cold to be painting outside, but I just can't help but think about Spring.

Thinking of a green door for the front of our cottage, but what color green?

And what do you think? Do you like green with blue?

This door looks very similar to ours from Jane Coslick

I like this color. (not sure where to give credit here)

Well, this door and porch are quite dreamy in themselves.

How about more of an apple green like the one here from Pure Style Home?

Or does a more yellow/green make sense?

Chippy Window - Cottage Rules

I found this old fantastic chippy window and added our own "Cottage Rules" out of white vinyl!

Little Cottage Love.

Here is the little cottage that we purchased a year and a half ago.

It is definitely going to undergo some major renovations.

Here it is with a new deck, pergola, and siding. All ready for paint!

Blue it is! The deck still needs to be stained, the pergola needs to be painted and we are still trying to decide what to do with the door. Any suggestions?
